American Airlines Advantage Miles

How can I earn American Airlines AAdvantage® miles?
There are two ways that you can qualify to receive American Airlines Advantage Miles.*

  1. Purchase over $100.00 worth of supplies at one time. At your request, you will earn 1 mile for each dollar spent with Universal Business Supplies. AAdvantage miles are provided to customers at their request.
  2. Refer a new customer to us, whose total first time purchase is $100.00 or more, and you will earn an additional 200 AAdvantage miles at your request.

*Certain restrictions apply to the American Airlines AAdvantage program.

  1. Ink jet supplies, and a limited amount of other supplies, are not included in the American Airlines AAdvantage incentive program.
  2. AAdvantage miles are accumulated only when invoices are paid within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  3. For orders over $5000, a maximum of 5000 AAdvantage miles can be accumulated per order. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by UBS Management.
